Anticipated Opportunity: ProShift Healthcare is building a talent pipeline for expected staffing needs in San Diego County. This posting is not currently tied to a confirmed client requisition and does not guarantee an interview, assignment, schedule, number of hours, or start date. ProShift Healthcare is developing a network of Medical Assistants for anticipated outpatient and specialty-clinic staffing needs throughout San Diego County. Potential settings may include primary care, women's health, cardiology, allergy, dermatology, occupational medicine, and multispecialty practices. Candidates may be considered for future assignments that match their experience, credentials, location, schedule, and compensation preferences.

Requirements

• Completion of a Medical Assistant training program or qualifying experience
• Medical Assistant certification preferred where requested by the client
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Recent outpatient, physician-office, or ambulatory experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records
• Ability to satisfy client background, health, and credentialing requirements
