Job Overview

Anticipated Opportunity: ProShift Healthcare is building a talent pipeline for expected staffing needs in San Diego County. This posting is not currently tied to a confirmed client requisition and does not guarantee an interview, assignment, schedule, number of hours, or start date. ProShift Healthcare is building a pipeline of Patient Access Representatives for anticipated registration, admitting, scheduling, front-desk, and insurance-verification coverage in clinics and health systems. Candidates may be matched to future opportunities based on registration experience, system knowledge, shift availability, and preferred work setting.

Requirements

• At least one year of patient registration, admitting, scheduling, or medical front-office experience preferred
• Experience with insurance verification and patient financial information
• Familiarity with Epic or comparable registration and EHR systems preferred
• Professional customer-service and telephone skills
• Ability to work variable shifts where required
• Bilingual English-Spanish skills preferred for some assignments
