Anticipated Opportunity: ProShift Healthcare is building a talent pipeline for expected staffing needs in San Diego County. ProShift Healthcare is identifying California-certified Phlebotomists for anticipated outpatient laboratory, patient service center, physician-office, research, donor-center, and mobile collection needs. Requirements

• Active California phlebotomy certification appropriate to the work performed
• Recent venipuncture experience
• Experience with pediatric, geriatric, or difficult draws preferred
• Knowledge of specimen handling, infection control, and laboratory documentation
• Reliable transportation for float or mobile assignments when applicable
• Ability to satisfy client background, health, and credentialing requirements
